It was an amazing and clean hotel. Lovely staff gave advice on things to do. The rooms were fairly quiet with harbour view, bathroom and the general decor as described. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was brilliant! The property's location was marvellous and brilliant, on the harbour.

Recently refurbished place, exceptionally comfortable beds, pleasant staff. Lots of nice food for meals. Spotless room and central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card inside. Marvellous and lovely location of the hotel, not far from the sea front, Brownsea Island and shops and pubs & restaurants.
